For the living space, the task was to build and supply sufficient storage for media including a TV and stereo as well as a easy-access toy storage bins and drawers. The pull out drawer installation allowed for a window seat as well as a valance and blind providing substantial window treatment from the busy street.
The kitchen needed a new floor. The best approach to keeping the flow and space open and flexible was to use a large rectangular floor tile set on the diagonal. The pantry required new doors, which we custom cut back-painted glass and installed in the recess panel of each of the doors. This added both reflective natural and artificial light into the eat in kitchen space.
The powder room needed a minimal updating with hardware, painting and trim work.
