The 100 square meter terrace has been designed for luxurious entertaining.

Upon arrival to the roof top, the terrace is equipped with service bar, built-in BBQ station at the large kitchen with dining for 12 and two auxiliary living spaces.

The custom furniture (each unit is 4 meters wide) was designed for efficient utilization and to be functional overtime for wind and high sun exposure.

The 9 x 4 meter pergola was designed to cover the full kitchen and dining spaces. The pergola has dimmable LED lighting built into the structure to allow for maximum lighting flexibility in the evening and offset the task lighting at the kitchen and bars.

The planting has been centered around local flowering plants and vines with white floral accents for a white night garden.
